Motor Racing
The world of motor racing journalism has unforgivably overlooked my
talents as a writer. (Not so my co-author the esteemed
Pete Fenelon who has not
only been given a free trip to the Monaco grand prix but was once
sent a free copy of a Murray Walker video by the man himself.) However,
despite the lack of financial inducement which is so readily offered to the
less talented hacks at Autosport, we occasionally put finger to keyboard
on the subject of Formula One. More specifically,
every year we preview the runners and riders for the FIA Formula
One world championship. We also tend to have a ludicrous bet on the
matter (so far I've bought Pete one meal and he's bought me two).
In the interests of balance we added a McLaren fan, (Ms. Kriss Fearon)
to later reviews. And, in a radical step, a sports car fan who doesn't
even like F1 has been added to the expanding team (Ms. Emma Crawley).
