A main aim of this project is data collection. This data is publicly available. Other data is available to researchers on request including a large amount of TCP/IP data collected at york.
Ping Data collected between three sites (Imperial College, York University and parhelion.firedrake.org -- connected via tiscali in the UK). The data is collected at three minute intervals. The timing is inaccurate on the york data. The format of a line is epoch time, time in year, date, hour, minute, seconds then an ip address followed by a ping time in ms. The files are given with the sending site first -- with 24 hours of data collected on 13/2/04.
